Standard Consultations

Appointments are essential for all consultations. Appointments minimise waiting and allow the Doctor sufficient time to deal with your problem.

We’re happy to see more than one family member in a visit. However, we do ask that you please book an appointment for each person attending.

Non-Standard Consultations

Longer consultations are available on request and home visits can be arranged between individual Doctors and their patients where appropriate.

If you think you may need a longer appointment, please arrange this with our reception staff or discuss this with your Doctor.

Emergencies

Emergencies will be attended to as soon as possible as will those with unexpected problems and no appointment will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Making an Appointment

Please make all appointments with our reception staff by calling 02 4353 3777.

We do ask that you notify our staff, when phoning, if your situation is of an important or urgent matter so that we can attend to you as quickly as possible.

NB: Please note that appointments are not to be requested by email or via the website contact form. These communication methods are also not appropriate for emergencies. For emergencies, please call reception or come directly to the practice.

Cancellations

Please be sure to call and cancel your appointment if you can’t attend, as this will free up your appointment for somebody else.
